Welcome!Serving 30 public safety agencies in Chelan and Douglas Counties, RiverCom is a civilian staffed 911 center located in Wenatchee, Washington. This site contains some basic information about the center and its customers.Spanning two counties, RiverCom provides public safety communications from Stevens and Blewett pass to the Grand Coulee Dam and Crescent Bar. Located in the center of Washington State, we serve over 100,000 residents. The area is renowned for its recreational opportunities, including river rafting, fishing, hunting, hiking, skiing and snowmobiling. In an average month, our staff of communications professionals handle approximately 12,000 phone calls, resulting in over 4500 calls for service. |
